New Trailer for 'The Menu' released Ahead of US Premiere

Journalist

This is the trailer for The Menu, starring Anya Taylor-Joy & Ralph Fiennes and it looks like it delivers on all its lavish, tense gastronomic promise. The film will have its US premiere on November 18, 2022.

The film, directed by Mark Mylod of HBO’s Succession, is planned for theatrical release in November 2022. The film, initially announced in 2019 with Oscar-winner Alexander Payne as director, is a darkly comedic psychological thriller in which a couple travels to a remote island that hosts an exclusive restaurant, where the chef, Slowik, has prepared a special molecular gastronomy meal. All is not as it seems, as the chef (Fiennes) has more than amuse-bouches on the menu, with some shocking surprises in store for the wealthy guests.

The film features an ensemble cast, including Hong Chau, Janet McTeer, Judith Light and John Leguizamo, and three-Michelin-star chef Dominique Crenn was involved in an advisory role.

Audiences can’t seem to get enough of food and chef-themed entertainment, and this major release confirms that this appetite extends to the big screen also.

A new featurette was released ahead of the film's US premiere on November 18 including interviews with the film's cast of Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicholas Hoult, Ralph Fiennes, John Leguizamo, Judith Light and Hong Chau as well as the director Mark Mylod.
