Michelin Guide Dubai 2022 - See the Full List

The first-ever Michelin Guide to Dubai has dropped with a total of 69 restaurants included. There are now nine one-star and two two-star restaurants in the city.

It was launched at a live event at Dubai Opera with many of the city’s culinary personalities in attendance. The two-star selections were for establishments attached to global names – Il Ristorante, by chef Niko Romito and Stay by chef Yannick Alleno.

One-star restaurants making the list for the first time include Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito and Tasca by Jose Avillez, while 11Woodfire led by local talent Akmal Anuar also made the list.

Michelin announced its first-ever edition for the emirate of Dubai back in March, after years of calls for the famous red guide to include Dubai.

As a prestigious location, Dubai has a thriving culinary scene, and the arrival of the first ever Michelin Guide to the city confirms the high standard of restaurants found across the board there.

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants recently announced its first selection for the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, with the number one spot going to Dubai restaurant 3Fils, which, curiously, fails to get even one star in the Michelin Guide Dubai. See the full list below:
