Hollywood Bowl Unveils New Food and Wine Lineup for 2026

7 Minute read

Seasonal Menus Across the Bowl

The Bowl's three full-service restaurants are also debuting new seasonal dishes for the summer. At Ann's Wine Bar by A.O.C., new additions include roasted tomato and Spanish chorizo focaccia, green quinoa dumplings with sugar snap peas and sumac yogurt, mustard lamb chops, and hanger steak with Calabrian chile butter.

At the backyard, the menu leans into wood-grilled meats and seafood with dishes such as hamachi aguachile, Mexican sea bass, chicken Niçoise, and rib eye steak served with huitlacoche pudding and salsa macha. Pool Circle subscribers dining at Lucques at the Circle will also find new offerings including chilled red pepper soup, shrimp aguachile, pasta alla norma, grilled halibut, and grilled rib eye steak frites, alongside premium additions like Ossetra Royal caviar and buttered lobster rolls.

Wine Tastings and Marketplaces

Caroline Styne has also expanded the Bowl's wine program for 2026, curating a broader retail selection that includes organic, biodynamic, canned, and non-alcoholic wines from producers such as Melville, Weingut Leitz, and The Wonderland Project. Returning this season are the complimentary Wednesday and Sunday wine tastings at the Plaza Marketplace, where guest winemakers, importers, and sommeliers will host tastings throughout the summer.

Beyond the restaurants, guests can also find grab-and-go picnic fare, charcuterie boards, sushi from Seaweed in Glendale, sandwiches, salads, sweets, and frozen treats at the Bowl's three marketplaces. Many of the venue's picnic boxes and Supper in Your Seats dinners can be pre-ordered online through 6 p.m. the day before a performance for pickup or delivery directly to box seats.
