Michelin Returns to Las Vegas With Five Starred Restaurants Across the Southwest

Restaurant de Joël Robuchon earned two Michelin stars, while four restaurants in Nevada and Utah received one star in the Guide’s first Southwest selection.

Michelin has returned to Las Vegas as part of its inaugural Southwest restaurant selection, awarding stars to five restaurants across Nevada and Utah.

The 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest was revealed August 26 during a ceremony at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The regional edition covers Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. Altogether, inspectors selected 64 restaurants representing 24 cuisines.

Restaurant de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand received two Michelin stars, the highest distinction awarded in the region. Three other Las Vegas restaurants earned one star, while Monte in South Salt Lake became Utah’s first Michelin-starred restaurant. No restaurants in Arizona or New Mexico received stars in the inaugural selection.

Two Michelin Stars

  • Restaurant de Joël Robuchon, Las Vegas: Located at MGM Grand, the formal French restaurant serves a lengthy tasting menu in an opulent dining room designed to resemble an Art Deco salon. 

One Michelin Star

  • é by José Andrés, Las Vegas: José Andrés’ small Spanish tasting counter is concealed within Jaleo at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and combines intricate cooking with a highly theatrical presentation. 
  • Guy Savoy Las Vegas, Las Vegas: The Caesars Palace restaurant offers tasting and à la carte menus centered on refined French cooking and several of Savoy’s longstanding signature dishes. 
  • L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Las Vegas, Las Vegas: The more relaxed of Robuchon’s two MGM Grand restaurants seats diners around an open kitchen and offers both à la carte dining and a multi-course tasting menu. 
  • Monte, South Salt Lake, Utah: Located inside Beehive Distilling, chef Martín Babio’s intimate restaurant serves a contemporary tasting menu shaped by Utah ingredients and French, Italian, and South American influences. 

Bib Gourmand Restaurants

Michelin awarded Bib Gourmand distinctions to 18 restaurants across the four states. The designation recognizes restaurants that inspectors consider particularly strong values. The complete list includes:
