Pebble Beach Food & Wine celebrates 10 years at the annual West Coast four day food festival from 20 to 23 April catering to both wine lovers and foodies alike.
Attracting some 300 wineries and 100 celebrity chefs this four day Acqua Panna and S. Pellegrino sponsored destination will have you enjoying exclusive access to wine tastings, cooking demos, and some of the most exclusive, unique dining opportunities available in the world, accompanied by chefs like Hugh Acheson, Dominique Crenn, Daniel Boulud and Guy Fieri.
10th Anniversary celebrations kick off officially at the magnificent Inn at Spanish Bay for a night of "unbridled indulgence" including bites from 23 of the weekends top chefs and over 200 US and international wines.
Two Michelin starred Dominique Crenn and Carlo Mirarchi, from opposite coasts will collaborate under an overarching food philosophy – celebrating life through ingredients on the theme: "C'est La Vie," French for "such is life."
Team USA from Bocuse d'Or, fresh from their victory in January, will also prepare a dinner showcasing their winning talent. Anchored by Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller, the titans of American cuisine will be joined by Gavin Kaysen, Philip Tessier (2015 Silver medal) and Matthew Peters (2017 Gold medal). Elite wines from Cos d"Estournel (Bordeaux), Château Guiraud (Sauternes) and Albert Bichot (Burgundy) with wine pairing from seasoned sommeliers.
