The Food on The Edge symposium kicks off this morning in Galway, Ireland, with a group of the world’s best chefs in the coastal city for two days of serious food chatter.
Albert Adria, Daniel Patterson, David Kinch and last year’s San Pellegrino Young Chef, Mark Moriarty, are just a handful of the chefs attending the event which aims to debate and challenge our perspectives and connections to food.
As official media partners we’ll be attending Food on the Edge and offering some live coverage through Twitter, we’ll also be bringing you a report direct from the symposium on Wednesday and a special selection of exclusive videos from the presenters.
With talks on everything from the sea as a source to how our oral senses effect the way we taste, the event is sure to teach us all a thing or two about the world we call food.
