Chef Thomas Imbusch of 100/200 Kitchen restaurant was our guide and shared tips for exploring the city like the locals.

We discovered a myriad of food markets, food stalls and high-end restaurants perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Also this week we brought you an exclusive interview with chef Mauro Colagreco, who heads Mirazur restaurant along France's Cote d'Azur.

Mirazur recently ranked third on the 2018 World's 50 Best Restaurants list and Colagreco has been celebrating ever since.

He filled us in on all the excitement plus his plans for the future.
