Miss Cake Head has yet another great project on the go, this time working with the Heathrow Express train to create a cake to commerate the 15th anniversary of the service's operations.
It took a team of 15 specialist bakers to put the cake together helped by a team of food designers from Eat Your Heart Out.
The cake, which took over 30 hours to make and is 2 meters long, is currently being displayed at London’s Paddington station.
The cake is on display until June 24th and will be sliced up and served to customers as they pass through the station.
