This wonderful looking dessert is the product of a collaboration between the pastry chef Benoit Castel and the graphic designer Alexis Taieb - aka Tyrsa. Together the pair reinterpreted the classic Italian tiramisu with three different recipes and Taieb’s special edible fonts.
The accompanying video is itself a work of art as it shows the process of the two art forms slowly coming together.
