1 tablespoon flax meal + 3 tablespoons of water can substitute one egg.
POWDERED SOY MILK
2 tablespoons of powdered soy milk + 2 tablespoons of water
1/4 cup of soy yogurt can substitute one egg in cakes and pastries.
1/4 cup of blended tofu easily substitutes one egg in sweet and savory preparations.
