In the fourth episode of this YouTube show On The Table, Eric Ripert will have his first female guest. The chef welcomes the one and only Gail Simmons, one of the judges from Bravo TV's Top Chef.

Simmons, who is known to talk ''with her mouth full,'' chats it up with Ripert while teaching him how make Welsh rarebit - a dish Eric confesses to know nothing about.

Previous On The Table guests have included actor Stanley Tucci, and bad boy chefs Mario Batali and Anthony Bourdain.
