As the young chefs get ready to busy themselves in the kitchens ahead of the Grand Final of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 and present their final dishes to the international jury of seven of the world’s best chefs, we’ve decided to take a look back at the talent search so far with a wonderful picture gallery.
Over 3,000 young chefs originally entered the search to find the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 and after semi-finals events around the world, it’s now down to the final twenty. Twenty young chefs who will present twenty dishes to a star panel of chefs indulging: Joan Roca, Massimo Bottura, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Gaston Acurio, Yannick Alléno, Margot Janse and Grant Achatz.
