We love a street food vendor with style at FDL HQ and we’ve certainly highlighted our fair share of vendors around the world displaying unique talents.
The latest video to catch our attention is one that’s currently being shared a lot. It shows a noodle vendor in China doing a rather flamboyant dance as he prepares a noodle dish.
The vendor, who is working in Huanglongxi in China's Sichuan province, is preparing a dish of soup noodles.
The move is actually far from unique, it’s something that many noodle vendors who sell Lamian, a type of noodle that’s folded, twisted and stretched using the weight of the dough.
A quick look online shows that many vendors have their own Billy Elliot moves to make their munch.
