Two-Michelin-starred British chef Simon Rogan from the Lake District has created a three-course menu using seasonal ingredients, which changes weekly and can be delivered to the door nationwide. Dishes like kohlrabi velouté, rye bread croutons, diced apples, and kohlrabi, wild garlic oil, and bread & butter pudding and compressed apples with woodruff custard, make staying in a delight.
Dominique Crenn might have re-opened her three-Michelin-star Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, complete with UV-C disinfection system this month, but you can still tuck into her Crenn Kit luxe in the luxury of your own home.
