The Michelin Guide for Germany 2015 has been released with three new restaurants receiving a two-star rating.
Brenners Park Restaurant (pictured above), EssZimmer and Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant, are the three new entries, taking Germany’s two-star total to an impressive 38 restaurants.
A total of 31 restaurants received their first star, taking the country’s one star total to the highest it has ever been.
The count for Germany’s restaurants with three Michelin stars sits at 11, the same as 2014, second only to France in the European ratings.
The Michelin Guide for Germany 2015 features a total of 281 starred restaurants with 11 three-stars, 38 two-stars and 233 one-star establishments.
