On February 10th The S.Pellegrino Kulinarische Auslese guide will be released. The Kulinarishe Auslese guide is one of the only places that publishes an extensive list of the best restaurants and chefs to visit across Germany and Austria.
It will be presented at a Gala event in Palais Frankfurt, Frankfurt, with special awards given for the Acqua PannaBest New Restaurant of the Year in Germany - between chefs Kirill Kinfelt at the TruffelSchwein restaurant (Hamburg) and Wolfgang Becker from Becker's XO (Trier) - and the Acqua PannaBest New Restaurant of the Year in Austria - between Robert Bauer at KUKKA (Leogang) and Gustav Jantscher at MAD.
This will be the 15th publication of Kulinarishe Auslese which compiles listings from across seven culinary guides: Michelin, Gault Millau, Varta, Der Feinschmecker, Schlemmer Atlas, A la carte and Falstaff.
The guide will also be available to download as an app offering a great reference point for anyone wanting to explore cuisine in Germany and Austria.
