Working alongside Guzmán Gastronomía and Solegraells the brothers have created a line of four different molecular ingredient kits that cover everything from spherification.
The kits consist of four themes "Cuisine", "Patisserie", "Cocktail" and "Spherification" each coming with textures, measuring spoons, a recipe book and some ideas from the Adrias on how to put them to good use.
