Grapefruit, you either hate it or love it. If it's not your fruit of choice, this video from the folks at Chow provides a tastier alternative to fresh grapefruit: just broil it.
Broiling grapefruit will caramelize some of the sugars, making it a little sweeter. You can also sprinkle some sugar on top for a nice crunchy coating. Alternatively, you can add savory toppings like black pepper and hot sauce.
