Produced by chef Joaquim Sousa, the creative dessert received thousands of of likes, comments and shares on our Facebook page but the overriding question was ‘how the hell is it done?’.
We reached out to the hotel for a recipe directly from the chef but it seems they’re a little overwhelmed with requests ever since their dish went viral.
