It’s nothing revolutionary but peppers can prove to be a tricky vegetable to chop. Ramsay shows you how to easily remove the stork and then slice around the seeds rather than trying to pop it out of the whole at the tip of the pepper.
This technique also leaves you with perfect strips that can easily be chopped julienne.
