Coffee doesn't get much more hipster than this hand bottled cold brew coffee from Crooked Nose.
It's produced using freshly roasted Colombia Medellin coffee and is made without the use of any hot water as it's steeped for 14 hours being being double filtered.
The company behind the product say that it's the perfect digestive drink. It smells of apples, honey and dry red berries with tastes of prunes and cranberries with a sweet honey after taste.
Unfortunately the first batch has seen a limited run of 35 x 250ml bottles making it even more hipster than its glass printed label already suggests.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
