The team behind the famous Bentley's Oyster Bar in London are set to open a new restaurant inside Harrord's famous Food Hall. Called Bentley's Sea Grill, the menu will include sea food classics such as oyster, seafood cocktail, crab, lobster and fish chosen from the grill.
Richard Corrigan, the chef patron behind the bar, says, “I'm hugely thrilled by the launch of Bentley’s Sea Grill at Harrods. These are two iconic brands, which hold a shared vision of fantastic food and brilliant service. It really is Britishness at its best. Lobster, fish and chips or fish pie means there is something for everyone.
Bentleys is one of the most historic fish restaurants in London after it was founded back in 1916. It is still housed inside the same Victorian building it was originally founded in.
The Harrord's venue will feature a number of design features that reflect the fish bars history with oyster shell lamps and classic english table settings.
It seems Fish and Chips is taking yet another upmarket step in London...
The new restaurant is expected to launch on 12th September 2012.
