Chef Daniel Humm and his team at Eleven Madison Park have been turning heads for a while now. The restaurant's exquisite and creative dishes have attracted international attention, even more so after participating in the groundbreaking restaurant swap with Alinea.
Now, the three-Michelin starred restaurant is dishing out miniature food…kind of. EMP gave a shout out on Facebook to one of their interns for recreating the restaurant's entire menu in tiny dimensions:
''We are in awe of the craftsmanship shown by our intern, Jamie Kim, who assembled this miniature depiction of our entire menu at the restaurant. All done with paper, glue, tweezers, and a magnifying glass (nothing is larger than a quarter).''
As you can see in the image below, Kim's work is nothing short of amazing. We wonder if it will inspire any new dishes for the menu.
EMP holds the prestige of being named the best restaurant in North America and ranks fifth on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
