It’s very rare we recommend the use of microwaves - it just never tastes as good - but this quick technique seems to release corn from its husk in no time at all.
Once the husk has been in the microwave for three to four minutes all you have to do is chop the end and watch the corn easily slide out.
From here you can easily finish on the grill for a more smoky and flavourful taste.
