David Chang will host a series of dinners in New York inviting the modern Israeli restaurant, Zahav, to open as a pop-up style restaurant inside his Momofuku Ssam Bar, number 37 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
The menu for the dinner remains unknown but it will be held late starting on April 9th at 11pm. The dinners are planned to be held quarterly and who knows if Chang will join them in the kitchen for a four-hands dinner or just allow the restaurant to use his space.
Tickets for the dinner cost $85 including food, drink and service charge. Reservations can be made by emailing [email protected] and we expect them to sell out very quickly.
