Chef Daniel Hummand his business partner, Will Guidara, owners of Eleven Madison Park and the NoMad in New York, have announced they will be opening a new restaurant inside the Westfield World Trade Center complex.
The 7,000 square feet restaurant will overlook the impressive Oculus building, as the duo join the likes of Eataly inside the center. “We could not be more thrilled to team up with Westfield in this historic and remarkable location,” said Humm in a press release. "Bringing our food and hospitality into the Oculus at World Trade Center—an incredibly important and iconic addition to our city—is extremely humbling, we're so excited to be a part of it!”
