Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud has partnered with The Dalmore to launch his own brand of single-malt wiskhey.
According to The Daily Meal,Boulud's whiskey will be a ''masculine, robust Scotch with notes of plum in the cask and sweetness of madeira wood." It's a pretty exciting move for the chef, whose restaurant Daniel ranks 25th in the world's 50 best restaurants list, sponsored by S.Pellegrino.
You can expect to see Boulud's high-end whiskey at his New York restaurants Daniel, Cafe Boulud and perhaps Boulud Sud. The cost of the pour will be anywhere from $45 to $60.
