The 13th edition of the S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup was held in Venice between June 14th and 15th of 2013. The regatta and the cooking competition ended this past weekend with American Chef Paul Qui earning his victory and title of S.Pellegrino and Acqua PannaYoung Chef of the Year Award. The 32 year old Chef from the United States, delighted the judges with his Chawan Mushi recipe.
