Who doesn't love bacon? Smoked, sweet, spicy, literally coming in thousands of variations the answer has to be that there's not many people don't love bacon.
You can do lots with bacon in the kitchen but wrapping it round other meats has to be one of the best uses. It's a great way to retain the juices of the meat and also a great way to enhance the flavor by adding some lovely bacony taste.
