New York City's Atera restaurant, which features a unique twist on foraging and molecular cusine, recieved two Michelin stars yesterday. The restaurant is this year's sole new entry into the NYC Michelin 2013 guide's two-star category.
Chef Matthew Lightner serves up 20-plus tasting dishes from his small open kitchen in Tribeca. It's a culinary adventure where food mimics nature and can be served on plates, rocks and even moss.
