That’s perfect donut looking rice hoops that are filled with all sorts of tasty ingredients and then beautifully topped - for Instagram of course.
It seems that the Vegan blogger So Beatifully Raw helped to push the idea with an Instagram picture that explains how they’re actually made.
She made the rings by greasing a donut ring with coconut oil and then filled it with sushi rice.
Some have gone to filling the donut and some have gone for either fish or meat.
