The Topo Whiskey Distiller from Carolina are offering people the chance to buy a kit to age their very own whiskey.
By letting whiskey out before it's aged, known as White Dog whiskey, the distiller is allowing people to age it at home.
The kit comes with a mini wooden cask and the whiskey takes about 2-3 months to age. The best part is that you can actually sample the whiskey as it ages and really get to understand the transformation the drink goes through in the aging process.
