Three-Michelin-star chef Grant Achatz, of Chicago’s fine-dining institution Alinea, has released a trailer to mark the opening of Nextrestaurant back in 2011.
Next, Achatz’s concept restaurant that gleefully pays tribute to a range of culinary influences by faithfully reproducing dishes and sometimes whole menus of other iconic chefs, will celebrate its tenth anniversary with a nod to the first incarnation Paris 1906, an homage to the work of Auguste Escoffier.
On the current Next: 10th Anniversary Menu, which is available for indoor dining now, Achatz and his team have included the supremes de poussin course with a side of foie gras ala Strasbourg.
