The Grand Final of S.Pellegrino Young Chef may have been postponed until late 2021, but the competition's 48 finalists have not been resting on their laurels. To maintain focus and further develop their skills, the chefs have been busy perfecting some mouthwatering recipes for an exciting new project. And now we can have a sneak preview at some of their dishes.

All 48 young chefs, from all over the world, have been involved in creating the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Cookbook, with each of them sharing an exclusive recipe highlighting their passion and giving shape and flavor to the culinary philosophy that is shared by S.Pellegrino Young Chef: sustainability and innovation in haute cuisine.
