Bulgur
300 g
water
tomatoes
600 g, ripe
Scallion
Celery
1 stick
Mint leaves
70 g
Chive
1 tbsp
Spices

Preparation

  • Put the bulgur wheat in a bowl and just cover with boiling water.
  • Set aside for 10 minutes to soften and absorb the liquid.
  • Drain off any excess. 2 Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well together.
