Fine Dining Lovers met the Moscow-born and highly eclectic chef Anatoly Komm, whose path to the profession has been unusual but - thanks to his innate curiosity, talent and creativity - has brought him worldwide renown.
He manages to represent both the avant-garde of haute cuisine, while remaining loyal and connected to the culinary traditions of Russia. Il 2011, for the first time, his Moscow restaurant Varvary earned a position on the S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants, affirming the Russian city as an important part of the world’s gourmet scene.
