Ingredients
Chocolate ice cream: 8 scoops
Cream: 200 ml double (48% fat)
Amarula: 100 ml (or Kahlua or whisky)
Chocolate: 125 ml, sauce
Whipped cream: 150 ml (35–38% fat), whisked
Chocolate ice-cream can be even more delicious adding Amarula, a traditional South African liqueur: check out the recipe for this easy and refreshing dessert.
Method
01.
Put the ice cream, double cream and Amarula into a blender.
Blend for 1–2 minutes.
Pour into chilled glasses.
02.
Pour the chocolate sauce on top.
Top with whipped cream and serve at once.
