Shrimps: 20
Sea lettuce: 5g
Buttermilk: 50ml
Cream: 50ml
Parsley oil: 15ml

A delicious and simple seafood recipe using the best of Irish produce from Galway-based chef JP McMahon.
Method
01.
Combine the buttermilk and cream and season with a little sea salt.
02.
Season the shrimp with salt and vinegar.
03.
Lay five shrimp in each bowl. Garnish with the sea lettuce. Split the buttermilk and cream sauce with the parsley oil. Pour over and around the shrimp.
