Lady Gaga's Meat Dress: Sexy or Just Provocative?

On the subject of meat, a curious news item regards the dress worn by Lady Gaga in Los Angeles on the evening of the 2010 Video Music Awards, which was completely made from steak, complete with hat and bag in the same material. The dress is displayed in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland: Lady Gaga's raw-meat outfit was preserved by taxidermist Sergio Vigalato.



Franc Fernandez and his stylist Nicola Formichetti created this model and produced it in just a few days, after ordering 50 kilos of meat from their butcher.



The message behind this outfit was «I am not just a piece of meat». Some found it extremely sexy while others did not appreciate the provocative gesture; one thing is certain, her stage entrance left everyone speechless.
