Compulsory lockdowns and shuttered restaurants are encouraging people to re-connect with their kitchens all over the globe as home cooks roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, from cooking online with their favourite chefs to falling back in love with baking.

With that in mind, the Michelin Guide #MICHELINGUIDEATHOME is riding the wave releasing a daily homemade recipe from some of the worlds leading chefs, like Brazilian Alex Atala, London's Clare Smyth and Hong Kong's Vicky Lau, aimed at home cooks.

They're all offering up comfort food favourites like cacio e pepe, risotto and pork dumplings as well as an incredible array of dessert recipes. And the best thing - they are remarkably simple to follow!

Georges Blanc's Potato Crepes

The French chef from three Michelin starred Restaurant Georges Blanc, north of Lyon, shares a remarkably simple recipe for a speciality French crepe made with potatoes that can be taken either sweet or savoury depending on the chosen topping.

 

Vicky Lau's Pork Dumplings

Vicky Lau, chef-owner of Michelin star Tate Dining Room in Hong Kong, shares her go-to recipe for savory pork dumplings.

 

 

Emma Bengtsson's Split Pea Soup
