Sudi Pigott is a London-based journalist who has been writing about food and travel for more than 25 years. Sudi is especially interested in the move towards more regenerative food production and climate-conscious cooking, and continues to enjoy raising up the most creative and quirky chefs, especially female chefs, and those from more diverse backgrounds on the ever-evolving UK and European gastronomic scene.
Sudi’s favourite eating cities include Paris, Copenhagen and Girona. She is the author of How to Be a Better Foodie and Flipping Good: Pancakes Around the World. As a journalist, Sudi writes regularly for FT.com; Amex Departures; Telegraph, the i Paper, Femail and Mail Travel, Rolls Royce Whispers as well as France Media. Sudi runs food writing workshops with lunch too.
