From there we went on to meet Charles Spence, an Oxford University professor and author obsessed with blending food and technologies that stimulate the senses.

A HOMAGE TO ALAIN PASSARD
We finished off the week with a fun visit to Paris where the annual Le Fooding food festival took place. This year's event honored legendary French chef Alain Passard and featured nine of his disciples cooking the chef's signature dishes.
