This week started off pretty tasty here at Fine Dining Lovers. We opened up with an ode to Milanese steak, the iconic Italian dish of breaded veal fried in clarified butter.
Thousands of versions exist but we pinpointed a few tips to help you identify an authentic steak Milanese. Why? Because this Italian specialty was chosen as the official dish of the 9th International Day of Italian Cuisines celebrated January 17th.
