The Belgium Effect
This week on Fine Dining Lovers we started with a report direct from the Culinaria food festival in Belgium.
A showcase of Belgium food, the festival placed some of the best chefs together from across the Belgium as they each cooked up their own dishes for a hungry public.
We explored the festival with a gallery and interviews with many of the chefs cooking there.
Blame Blaine
As 37 chefs from across the world get ready to swap restaurants and lives for the Grand Gelinaz Shuffle, we spoke with Rene Redzepi and Albert Adria about the idea and exactly how they’re feeling about the swap.
We also told the story of how the shuffle was planned in Italy and explained why everyone is blaming Blaine Wetzel for the idea.
With tickets almost sold out, here’s a look at one of the most exciting food events of the year.
