Italians chefs took on the Big Apple this week as part of the Identità Golose food congress. The Milanese-born event serves to highlight Italian food products such as cheese, pasta, bread and wine. Italian chefs Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco and Davide Scabin, among others, were paired with their American counterparts and are asked to create dishes together.
