Brooklyn-based Wicked Delicate Films has produced an intriguing documentary called The Search for General Tso. The film documents America's obsession with General Tso's chicken, a beloved takeout dish with just enough of a spicy kick to please the palate.
The Search for General Tso will make its worldwide debut at the Tribeca Film Festival next week. The trailer below shows you how director Ian Cheney and his team traveled across America and to Hunan and Shanghai, China to unearth the roots of this popular dish.
