Ever since pastry chef Dominique Ansel decided to combine a donut and croissant -making the cronut - lines of hungry revelers have queued outside his New York bakery, desperate to grab their very own piece of cronut action.
Keen to keep on innovating and never wanting to be remembered as a simple one hit wonder Ansel has already launched new interesting desserts including the Frozen S'more and more recently the Magic Souffle.
FDL have been lucky enough to taste test the Magic Souffle and now Ansel has spoken about his latest invention which encases a soft chocolate souffle inside a brioche.
There's no telling if his latest creation will replicate the popularity of the cronut but it certainly seems we can expect more creations to come from this creative chef.
