Todd and Diane at the Whiteonricecouple.com blog have created a great series. They run a video series called 'Had Something to Say," giving guests the chance to vent about topics, express opinions and generally start some heated conversations.
They've done some great videos so far but their latest has really caught our attention at FDL. They invited the food writer and personal friend Michael Ruhlman to discuss 'Stupid Kitchen Tools'.
In the video Michael sets out a number of tools and kitchen gadgets that get him vexed - including egg separators and wooden spoons, something he makes a very funny quip about.
The video is interesting , beautifully shot and is all the more fun because of the inclusion of Amy Scattergood, writer for the Los Angeles Times Food section, who keeps Michael in check.
