Coffee is big business now but unlike tea which can be easily prepared at home a coffee, let's say cappuccino, can be difficult to emulate on the kitchen stove top.

Step in the designer Po-Chih Lai who has created a beautiful milk steamer that works on any basic stove top. The design will fit on to most Moka pots and valves can be purchased to adapt most sizes.

It's a great design and as the video shows it seems to be the perfect solution for making great cappuccinos at home.
