Roast Meat and Potatoes with April Bloomfield

The British Born chef April Bloomfield is making quite a name for herself at her Spotted Pig restaurant in New York.

Her cookbook A Girl and Her Pig was released back in April and in line with this the chef has created this great video recipe for the Guardian newspaper.

Roast lamb shoulder braised in citrus, a great radish salad and a roast potato side straight from her cookbook.

April whips through the recipes nice and quick but they're some great little flavor combinations to try for yourself at home.
